The challenge

The client’s plant managers were unable to predict recovery times for unplanned stoppages within their production lines. They wanted to build AI models that would help predict failures in advance to increase overall uptime.

The solution

Mareana’s Platform used historical data to build statistical models for predicting recovery time for equipment that suffered from unplanned stoppages or failures. Platform also built and operationalized multiple Al models for predicting individual machine failures across the client’s plant
